Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchase once the payment is successful. This covers courses, notes, templates, cheat sheets and other digital resources, workshop registrations, and physical products such as planners, tote bags and bookmarks. Digital content is unlocked on your account as soon as you pay, so it cannot be returned.

We will refund the full amount only in these cases:

• Money was debited from your account but the payment failed and you did not get access to what you bought.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• We cancel a workshop and do not offer you another date.

Email us within 7 days of the payment with your order ID and the email you used on Lawcal. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

If a store product reaches you damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost. This is a replacement, not a refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment. If you placed an order by mistake, write to us right away. We cannot promise anything, but if a physical order has not been dispatched yet we will try to help.
