Shipping & Delivery Policy

Lawcal sells digital products (courses, notes, templates, cheat sheets and workshop access) and physical products from the Lawcal Store (planners, tote bags and bookmarks). Here is how each one reaches you.
Digital products and courses
Nothing is shipped. Once your payment is successful, the course or resource is unlocked on your Lawcal account right away and you can find it in your dashboard or purchases page. Workshop joining details are sent to your registered email before the session. If you do not see your purchase within 2 hours, email us with your order ID.
Physical products
We ship within India only. Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of payment. Delivery usually takes another 5 to 10 working days depending on your location.
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the courier name and tracking details. Delivery timelines can be longer during festivals, bad weather or courier delays outside our control.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges after payment.
Address and failed delivery
Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we can reship it once you pay the shipping cost again.
